What are the service shop hours?

Our shop hours vary by location, with some locations operating 2 shifts. Please click the Locations button at the top right of your screen, then click on the Truck Engines button to the left of the map of NC. Choose the location nearest to you & contact them for their operating hours.

Where can I find a service shop for my CAT Truck Engine?

Where is your Training Facility located?

Please click on our Locations button at the top right of your screen, then select Charlotte.

What hotels are close to your Training Facility?

I-77, Exit 18 has a Suburban Lodge, Fairfield Inn, Comfort Suites and Hilton Garden Inn.

I-77, Exit 25 has a Quality Inn, Candlewood Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, Country Suites, Courtyard and Residence Inn.

How do I find out how to maintain my RV or Motorcoach engine?

Please click on the New Equipment link on the left navigation bar, then select either RV or Motorcoach from the top of the page. Click on the "Here you will find recommendations" link to find out specifics on maintaining your Cat engine.

What kind of warranties does Cat offer on their on-highway engines?
