Carolina CAT is committed to providing outstanding service in a timely manner.  To help us more quickly serve your Parts needs, we have streamlined our Parts Phone Queue System.

This new process has help to reduce our average phone hold times from 40 minutes to 40 seconds.  We hope you find that the new system more effeciently gets you in touch with a Parts Representative more quickly, thus helping you get back to what you do best more quickly.

1.  When calling Carolina Tractor, you get:
- Parts service in less than one minute from a dedicated and trained parts associate
- Priority Options to place an order for known part number(s)
- Priority Options to check the status of an order(s)

2.  Calls are managed in a queue system.  When you call your local branch, you will generally get a local representative unless:
- The representative is busy helping another customer
- Inclement weather has reduced representatives available at the branch
- The representative is at lunch, out sick, or on vacation.

When the local representative is not available, the call automatically searches for the next available representative at any Carolina Tractor location, based on:
- Skill set (training and experience)
- Idle time (the automated system tracks the number of calls a representative has taken, and to evenly distributes the workload)
- Availability

If a specific representative is requested:

- The call can be transferred by the representative that answers the call
- Every representative has voicemail for the customers’ convenience
- Messages received by voicemails may not be returned until late in the day, due to continuous incoming calls and walk-in customers

3.  If your call is answered at another Carolina Tractor location you should know:
- Your order will be taken care of
- All representatives are on the same computer system
- Your order is filled at the Branch you request
- Your order will be placed in will-call at your desired location, sent to one of our 42 convenient Drop boxes, or shipped per your request
