02/2012: CAT Forms Alliance with Exodus Material Handlers
02/01/2012Caterpillar recently executed an alliance agreement with Exodus Machines Incorporated for the design and supply of material handlers to be sold and supported exclusively by Cat® dealers. These Exodus machines will be available immediately in North America and will complement Caterpillar’s current line of wheel and track material handlers greater than 25 metric tons. These products will initially continue to carry the Exodus brand name but will transition to the Cat brand in 2013.

01/2012: CAT Announces New E-series Mini Hydraulic Excavators
01/01/2012The five new compact-radius Cat® E Series Mini Hydraulic Excavators—303.5E CR, 304E CR, 305E CR, 305.5E CR and 308E CR SB—all use new engines that meet Stage IIIB /Tier 4 Interim emissions regulations. The new models are designed to carry on the solid performance of their D Series predecessor, while adding even greater value for the customer.

12/2010: Whayne Supply Delivers 5,000th Cat Certified Rebuild Machine to Sellersburg Stone
12/16/2010In the 25th year of the Cat Certified Rebuild (CCR) Program, Whayne Supply delivered the 5,000th machine to be rebuilt under the strict guidelines that provide customers with like-new machines. The Cat 980G Wheel Loader, owned by Sellersburg Stone, was rebuilt to new machine specifications in Whayne’s Louisville, Kentucky, shop, where the ceremony was held on December 16.

10/01/2010Caterpillar will unveil the first model in its full line of CAT Vocational Trucks, the CAT CT660, at CONEXPO on March 22, 2011. The Class 8 trucks will be sold and serviced exclusively through the CAT North American Dealer network, with production beginning after CONEXPO for customer delivery later in the year.
