In a strategic move that will better position Caterpillar to serve Forestry customers in the southeastern United States, six Caterpillar dealers have purchased certain assets of Pioneer Machinery. The Caterpillar dealers involved in the transaction are Blanchard Machinery, Carolina CAT, Carter Machinery, Gregory Poole, Ring Power, and Yancey Brothers.
Carolina CAT is now able to serve the Forestry Industry with the following lines of equipment as well as parts and service. Carolina CAT is an authorized dealer for CAT Forestry Products, Prentice, Peterson Pacific Corp., and Evans Trailers.
